Ok so here we go. Aug 6th marks my 27th birthday and the "Official" launch of my health makeover. From now till then, i am slowly leaving bad habits behind, (smoking, excessive drinking, and bad eating habits)
My mother gave me a Gym membership for a year for my birthday and im excited to join a cycling class, i'll soon purchase a watch to monitor calories and progress. Here's where i am currently.
