What's up everyone!
I awoke today feeling under the weather. It was all in my sinuses. So I didn't go to train with my trainer Dub at 360 gym. I SHOULD have been there at 930am. Well, by 1pm two things happened. First, I felt a little better. Second, because I felt better (physically), I felt REALLY guilty that I skipped the 930a workout with Dub. Soooo, I did 15 rounds at Powerhouse with a few of Mos-Lee boxing students. This was around 2pm. Then, I went swimming for bout 20 minutes around 930pm.
Like I said, "it was a tough day", but productive.
